How to create & upload announcements with WEBUS

In early 2011, BMC will train and assign web access to interested local groups, schools, & town departments to create and upload timely events & informational electronic bulletin board announcements using BMC's new WEBUS Messaging, which allows access from any computer anywhere with Internet access.
