Make Art...Feel Better allows guest creators to play with sand and allow inner psychic feelings to emerge in images from past good memories. Host Billie Bivins, art therapist, introduces power of sand as a material to self-sooth and tap into unspoken feelings.

The emotional flow of "wet" materials is explained by host and art therapist Billie Bivins. ;Guest creators Tenesha, Martha and Michael spontaneously paint using a variety of styles from abstract to representational art and then process their paintings with Billie.

Guest creators, Charlene and Samantha explore using natural materials - rocks, shells, twigs, birch bark, and red Georgia clay to create spontaneous expressions and art. ;Billie Bivins, art therapist and host, extols the power of natural materials to ground us when we make art.
