Coach Hart’s varsity team was ranked #1 in their division and they wrecked the #8 Triton Vikings by 30 points in the Quarter-Final of the MIAA Tourney but the #5 Arlington Catholic Cougars beat your Marauders by ONE POINT in the Semi-Final. The talented Cougars were aided by some VERY questionable officiating in the 4^th period. Exceptional Marauder point guard Carly Christofori made three near-miraculous 3-point shots in the last 90 seconds to come within that one agonizing point as time expired.

Chenery Middle School Art Team, Kristen Ripley, Sarah Libertini, Katie Kelley & Kat Byrnes, present "The Art of Nature" - a show of artwork by 6^th grade students that explores themes from nature. Works include paintings, fiber arts pieces, and chalk pastel drawings.  The show will be on display at the Gallery@BMC, 9 Lexington St, through April 25th.

The Belmont Marauders vs Watertown Raiders was a showdown between athletes and fans alike. An extra police presence was in place at the Wenner Field House in case this raucous rivalry got out of hand. It was a great game nonetheless, the hot-streaking Marauders (won 7 out of last 9 games, 11-4 overall) taking on the 9-1 Raiders with its signature pressing defense and talented outside shooting.

Powers Music School presents the 42nd Annual Stein Chamber Music Festival, filmed at All Saints' Church in Belmont. Two solid hours of local musicians performing in duos trios, and larger ensembles, see it HERE. This year the cello was especially prominent throughout the performances. Performers of all stripes, young and old, play classics by the masters but some play their own compositions.
