Volunteers Needed for Beech Street Center Presentations

Belmont Media Center is looking for Volunteer Camera Operators to cover presentations held at the Beech Street Center. One camera operator per presentation is needed for the following:

“FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION” – Legal expert Sarah Peterson of Zalkin Law Firm will share tips on what to look for in spotting financial exploitation and what legal remedies are available to seniors and adults with disabilities who are at risk. Date and time: Friday, January 27th at 1:15 PM.

Basketball fan and Belmont Booster alumnus Chet Messer films varsity Marauder games as a BMC volunteer. We offer his single-camera production of the boys vs Charlestown (1/15/17),  this and other games are available on our new website HERE. Sometimes Chet helps us out by commentating the games that BMC covers and produces. Tonight we'll be covering the boys varsity Marauders vs the Reading Rockets at Wenner Field House.

Belmont Season of Giving Program will feature local musicians, bands and entertainers recorded in performance in Studio A at the Belmont Media Center and will include "holiday greetings" & on-air donations from families, local officials and community leaders and promoting a variety of charitable groups, efforts and causes like the Gifts of Hope, Toys for Tots, Heading Home, Belmont Lions Club, and more.
