Local filmmaker and former BMC staff member Sharisse Zeroonian will be screening her feature length film "Nothing Solid." This coming-of-age story follows Nikki, a 25-year-old woman battling mysterious vomiting episodes linked to her anxiety, as she struggles with family tension, independence, and adulting. She must decide whether to face her demons or remain stuck in a cycle of distress. This film was produced with support from Belmont Media Center.

Belmont resident Yuan Joy's recipe for Wonton Soup featured on Kitchen to Kitchen, Episode 4.

Ingredients*:

Wonton wrappers

For filling:

Ground pork (70%)

Ground chicken (30%)

2-4 teaspoons of soy sauce

1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup water mixed with scallion-ginger and Sichuan peppercorn

2-4 teaspoons of cooking wine (ShaoXing wine)

For soup:

Water for the broth

1 teaspoon soy sauce or a pinch of salt

A pinch of black papper

A pinch of garlic powder

1 cup water
3 eggs
1⁄2 stick butter
1⁄2 tbsp salt
1⁄4 cup sugar
canola oil

• 2 Cups Mascarpone Cheese
• 1 Package Ladyfingers
• 1 Cup Espresso  Coffee
• 3 Fresh Eggs
• 1/3 Cup Sugar
