Here’s what we’re cooking up next at the Belmont Media Center.

Joanna Tzouvelis, is the producer of a new local cooking show, Kitchen-to-Kitchen and is looking for local recipes created in kitchens around town . . . maybe even yours.

Shown here, Joanna and our volunteer crew, visited the kitchen of Belmont resident Erika DiTuoro, who whipped up her family’s recipe of the world’s most popular Italian dessert.

There are many new businesses opening in Belmont soon as well as some businesses closing.

Tatte Bakery and Café plans to open at 495 Trapelo Road in Belmont on Aug. 16^th

The franchise started 15 years ago. Belmont will be their 18^th location in Massachusetts. It will have 78 interior seats and be open seven days a week for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Hanami Sushi Bar and Grill, 85 Trapelo Road hopes to open this month. They have experienced some delays due to town inspections.

Zia Clothing Outlet, 91 Trapelo Road, Belmont, recently celebrated 19 years in business.
