He identified himself as the husband of a Star Market employee. He said the male commented on his hair color as he remembered it was dyed a different color. When he told him he dyed his hair, the male responded by saying, “Your hair looked gay.” He brushed off the comment and continued to serve the male through check-out. The male then stated, “I should cut your head off and throw it in the garbage,” while holding an umbrella in his hand that was raised above his head. He said the male did not make any movement towards him with the umbrella but was holding it in a manner that he could strike him. He brushed it off and continued to check-out his groceries. At the end of the encounter the male then said, “I will be back for you.” He recognized the male from a previous encounter three months ago. He is a supervisor and had a disagreement with the man’s wife who is his subordinate. He believes her husband is retaliating towards him. He could not remember the specifics of that encounter with the male but was adamant that this was the same male. He described him as white, in his 60s. He did not want to pursue the matter further at this time, but wanted the incidents documented. When officers asked him what he was doing in the building he immediately became agitated and started screaming that he was there to visit a friend. The officer asked him for the name of his friend and he became even angrier. He stood up, started screaming and began advancing toward the police officer. He drew his taser from the holder and placed it in the low ready without activating it. The man was told to calm down. He began walking away. Another officer arrived on the scene. Together they informed the man he was trespassing and needed to leave the building. He insisted he was visiting a friend. Officers asked for the friend’s name or apartment number, which made him so irate his dentures began falling out of his mouth. Another officer was requested to come to the building.
