The MA House of Representatives convened in an informal session and appointed conference committees to negotiate with the Senate on three bills relative to violence against healthcare workers, licensure for home care workers, and campaign finance reporting for ballot question committees. The House advanced several bills as it met in an informal session. A couple of bills were referred to committees, including legislation establishing a Great Brook State Park trust fund and designating the regional lockup as part of Dukes County Jail and House of Correction.  
A Lynnfield local tax bill was ordered to a third reading. And bills impacting Bolton and Hanson were enacted; Scituate, Auburn and Middleton legislation were engrossed.
The House concurred with the Senate on S.2903, honoring Blue Star Families.
